Through mana enhancement, and equitable access to quality education, Waimārama students are empowered to rise up to challenges, reach for their dreams and achieve excellence 

Waimārama School has six values.

Our underpinning value is Whakamana Tangata.

It reflects our school mission and keeps the learner at the heart of everything we do. Our other five values are on pou, extending up right from the foundation value, reaching higher and higher in an achievement progression.

Our values guide the setting and monitoring of strategic aims that raise student achievement in our school.
